In this blog, I will show you multiple ways to do windows update.

Check windows update by using windows settings

Way 1)

1) Press Win + i after that Click on Update & security

2) Click on Check of updates

Way 2)

Type in the Cortana search box bar cmd and right-click on Cmd and Run as Administrator

a) type this cmd and hit enter UsoClient StartScan

b) type this cmd and hit enter UsoClient StartDownload

c) type this cmd and hit enter UsoClient StartInstall

d) Restart your pc after installing the updates: UsoClient RestartDevice

e) type this cmd and hit enter UsoClient ScanInstallWait

For the older version of Windows 10 use the below commands

a) Start checking the update wuauclt /detectnow

b) Start installing the windows Updates: wuauclt /updatenow

c) Check, download, and install updates: wuauclt /detectnow /updatenow

Way 3) Using Windows Powershell

Type in the Cortana search box Powershell and open with Administration privilege

after that type this cmd and hit enter " Install-Module PSWindowsUpdate"

After that Get-WindowsUpdate

Finally command: Install-WindowsUpdate
